I'm a PhD candidate at the CU Boulder Department of Applied Math, my advisor is Vanja Dukic. My thesis work looks at using random matrix methods to understand phenomena in disease ecology. Since January I have also been working for the National Renewable Energy Lab as part of the Sensing and Predictive Analytics group. There I develop Bayesian state space estimate methods to separate estimates of distributed solar power generation from grid-level power measurements.
Besides my professional work, I serve as treasurer of the Boulder CRC, the CU Boulder graduate labor union. I also sometimes take on "data for social good" projects, which you can read about on my Blog.
